Vincent attended school in the Dougherty County School System

He confessed his life to Christ at an early age and was ordained in the ministry by the late Rev. Jake Edwards Jr.

On November 10, 2018, God requested the presence of another angel in his kingdom. He transitioned peacefully to his eternal home at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings Bobby Wheeler and Linda Faye wheeler.

The memories of Redbone joyous life will remain and be treasured by his loving family which includes, Four sons, Shoronskia Jackson, Michael Sims, Vincent Jackson Jr and Jake Jackson Eight daughters, Kanikia Cox, Quanisha Jackosn , Mondesti Jackson , Sabrina Mason , Syndra Jackson , Nasekia Jackson -Wilson, Trinity and Serenity. A son-in-law, Vincent Wilson Jr, his companion Demetris Jackson. Three brothers, Acquilla Jackson, Donnie Jackson and Samuel Gaines. Two sisters, Betty Wilson and Wanda Jackson. 25 grandchilren, one aunt, Shirley Wheeler and an Uncle, Rev. Bobby Wheeler; Three special friends Rev. Joseph Howard, Wendall Williams and Connie Turner and host of nieces, nephew, cousins and sorrowing friends who will miss him dearly.
