Ms. Laura English

Laura Marie English died peacefully on November 3rd 2024 in Albany, GA at the age of 56.

Laura is survived by Bobby Sosville, her partner of over 25 years, children Taylor and Matthew English, both in Lavallette NJ, and Madison Jenkins in Blakely Georgia; brother Anthony (Cheryl), her mother Diana English; cousins and nieces. She is preceded in death by her father Tony English. 

Laura was born on February 20th, 1968. She graduated from Monsignor Donovan High School, Toms River, NJ in 1985 where she excelled in both academics and sports, where she played at the Varsity level in both softball and basketball. Laura then attended Scranton University where she played Softball, graduating in1990. After college Laura focused on assisting others throughout her lifetime and worked as a counselor.

There will be a small, family ceremony held in the near future. The family requests that those that knew and loved Laura remember her in their own way.
