Mrs. Mary Juliette Davis-Williams

Mrs. Mary Juliette Davis Williams was born to the late Gladys Gatewood and David Allen on January 26, 1949 in Terrell County, Georgia and later moved to Dougherty County, Georgia, where she lived until her time of transitioning. In April, of 1976 Juliette was joined in Holy Matrimony to Alvin “Bo” Williams and to this union two sons, Gregory and Roderick Williams were born. She was also blessed with Bonus daughters, Pammie and Amber Hatten.

At an early age, Juliette heeded the care of Christ, under the leadership of Rev. Alfred Reid, and lived her life fully to please the Lord until her savior called her home. Juliette’s life work consisted of serving the Lord as a faithful member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir.

Fond memories of Juliette will be cherished by her husband, Alvin “Bo” Williams, two sons, Gregory B. Williams and Roderick K. Williams, eight grandchildren, Courtney (Leonard) King, Jazmine (Donald) Gilbert, Gregory Williams Jr. Ronikqueal King, McKenzie Williams, Kenesia Williams, Channin Williams, and Roderick (Tierra) Williams Jr., twelve great grandchildren, eight sisters, Betty Moses, Leila B. Moses-James, Bertha L. Molden, Inell Johnson, Louise Mosely, Della (George)Frazier, Angela Morgan, and Valerie Morgan, two brothers, Lee Moses and Varnor (Melissa) Moses and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Also she leaves two wonderful caregivers, Ann Mims and Cornelia Bell.
