Deacon Oliver (Bally) Moses was born on April 20, 1961
in Albany, Georgia to the late Mrs. Sally Mae Moses and
Mr. Fred Monroe.
He was educated in the Dougherty County School System
and continued to further his education in Breaking
Bridge, Kentucky, where he received his high school
diploma.
Deacon Moses started working with the City of Albany at
the age of twenty-one and served thirty-four years which
lead to his retirement in 2015.
He strengthened his spiritual life as a follower of Jesus
Christ as a member of the Faith Deliverance Church now
known as the Faith Deliverance Family Worship Center.
On March 17, 2021 Deacon Moses made his triumphant
transition from his earthly labor to his heavenly reward.
Deacon Moses was preceded in death by Ms. Mary
Webster and his brother Mr. Carver Moses.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Mrs. Sharon
Clay-Moses; seven children, Deion Moses, Tanisha
Moses, Latasha Russ, Shantae Clay, Franshwa Riggins,
Sharonica Riggins, & Jaliesa Clay who he loved dearly;
ten grandchildren; three sisters, Katie Moses, Belle
(Leon) McGray, Lillie Moses; two brothers, Raymond
Moses, Willie Moses and a host of nephews, nieces,
extended family, and friends.
